Victor Embrechts

Prequel

From a young age, Victor learned about discipline and prioritization by being a professional athlete (swimming) and competing against the best of the world.

SDR beginnings

From there he started his career as an SDR at fast-growing and now-acquired HR SaaS start-up, Intuo. There he learned the ropes of outbound business development and developed a new customer segment, large enterprise companies (+2000 fte’s).

Becoming a builder

After that, he took his learnings to join as a first commercial hire for the promising AI start-up, TechWolf. As the company was still young and had no well-defined processes, a limited tool stack, no supporting materials, and an unsuccessful onboarding plan. This gave Victor the opportunity to build these things from the ground up. This is where he discovered his love for what he later found out was “RevOps”.

Full-time RevOps

Since joining TenForce (EHSQ SaaS), he has been a “proud RevOps team of one”. Making sure the commercial team can effectively scale through:

  • Data analysis

  • Process design & documentation

  • Tool stack expansion & integration

  • Enablement

After a year of juggling all four RevOps pillars for 20+ commercial employees, he managed to hire his first team member to do full-time enablement.
